The program explores leadership from the theoretical, historical, and literary framework in order to provide the participant an unforgettable learning experience, and a basis from which to anchor his or her leadership journey.

FROM THE FOUNDER
For the past 30 years I have been involved in the process of leading people and organizations, developing change strategies for people and organizations, and worrying about how leaders ought to be developed.

From the football field to the U.S. Marines, from the high-speed action of Nike to the intensely complex high-tech world of Sequent, and from roles as Vice President to entrepreneur, I have seen the need for leadership that not only achieves organizational goals, but for leadership that makes a difference in the lives of people.

Team success depends on leadership. Leadership in the modern era depends on knowledge of how people and organizations function in the fast-paced knowledge world. Emerging leaders need every advantage available.

As an individual contributor, success came by achieving individual goals, putting in extra effort, demonstrating outstanding competence, or through sheer personal willpower.On the other hand, leaders enter a world where success is dependent upon successful relationships with superiors, peers, and subordinates.
